We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Lam as Global Logistics and Internal Sales Manager.

Nicholas brings more than 20 years of international trade experience across the consumer electronics and home appliance sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with suppliers in China and customers across global markets, with a strong focus on sourcing, logistics, quality management, and business development. His broad experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of international operations and the importance of building strong, long-term partnerships with both customers and suppliers.

In his new role, Nicholas will lead our global logistics operations across our Chasan manufacturing facility and our Head Office in Hong Kong. He will also assist our Global Sales and Marketing team based in Australia to oversee internal sales coordination, ensuring seamless management of customer enquiries and effective alignment across our sales efforts in Australia, Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia.

We are confident that Nicholas’s expertise and leadership will further strengthen our global operations and enhance the service we provide to our customers worldwide.
